Non-Poolroom Critical Environments

PoolPak International manufactures high capacity dehumidification (HCD) systems made specifically for high moisture environments found in commercial and industrial applications. The HCD dehumidification system is designed to operate in situations where moisture control is paramount and the environment conditions are harsh. The high capacity and rugged construction of the HCD make it ideal when standard dehumidifiers cannot meet performance expectations such as prolonged operation and corrosive environments.

The HCD can be configured to operate in a reheat mode where cool, dehumidified air is reheated to the original enclosure temperature by an airside reheat coil. The unit can also be configured in an air conditioning mode where recovered heat is rejected through either remote air cooled condensers or a water condenser.

The list of commercial and industrial facilities that can benefit from the application of dehumidification equipment is virtually unlimited. Included, as examples, are museums, art galleries, printing facilities, libraries, basements, warehouses and other storage facilities, water treatment plant/pumping facilities, and industrial and manufacturing processes such as plastic and plywood manufacturing and food packaging.

The unit is built with special features like a protective coating on critical components to guard against corrosion, and a hermetic refrigerant system built for peak performance. PoolPak International's HCD systems are self-contained with a freestanding vertical or horizontal cabinet design built for heavy-duty application. Control is through an integrated TD-3000 microprocessor system for dependable performance.
